Nice is a music promotion company that serves both independent musicians seeking exposure, and independent record labels looking to outsource promotion.

Radio Promotion
Nice provides clients with targeted college radio exposure on both regional and national levels. We supply pre-solicited album mailers to radio stations and maintain weekly follow-up contact. Nice arranges station interviews, on air performances, and "meet and greets" in correlation with shows and tours.
Publicity
Nice offers both national and international press campaigns for new releases, and tour press targeting regional media along the tour route.

1. What genres of music do you work with?
We are not genre specific. We've worked with a wide variety of indie-rock, folk, alt-country, AAA, hip-hop, electronic and experimental artists.
2. We’re on a limited budget. How much do your services cost?
We offer services that can be combined or tailored to meet your specific needs. Sometimes these services can cost as little as a few hundred dollars, but can also reach several thousand. If you are interested in working with Nice, send us your release and we will be glad to discuss a personalized promotional strategy with you.
3. How long do your campaigns typlically run?
Radio campaigns typically run 6 weeks, and press campaigns either run 16 weeks or the duration of a tour. We can also extend or shorten campaigns to best suit your needs.
4. Will you promote just anyone who comes your way?
Nope. We only promote those artists we genuinely like. We can't get other people excited about your music if we're not.
5. Will my release be a priority? Yes, all Nice artists are considered high priority. We choose to work with a smaller pool of artists and labels at a time, devoting maximum effort to each campaign.
6. Can I send you an mp3 or links to my band's website?
Please do not send us music as attachments or links to a Myspace, website or EPK. There's a better chance of us spending some quality time with your music if you submit it in the mail.
7. Are CD-R's ok? How about E.P.'s?
Depends. If you are sending us a copy of an actual molded disc or an advanced copy of a molded disc in production, then yes. If it is an actual CD-R in which you would like for us to push to radio or press, then no. We recommend having actual molded discs with covers for all campaigns. Rarely will we do E.P.'s or singles for radio.
8. I sent you guys my CD. Why haven't I heard back from you?
We do listen to everything so please follow up via email if you have not heard from us. |
